Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist for Connected Energy Hardware

Inspection should verify the approved model, configuration, function, labeling, quantity, packaging and documents before shipment release.

1. Freeze the inspection basis

Use the approved sample, signed specification, purchase order and acceptance checklist as the inspection basis. Record the document revision so later changes cannot be confused with agreed requirements.

2. Verify product identity and configuration

Check model numbers, quantities, serial numbers, nameplates, plug type, cellular configuration, language, logo, color and accessories against the order. Certificates and reports must refer to the relevant legal holder and exact model family.

3. Test the commercial operating loop

Power on the selected samples and test the functions that matter in the buyer's application. For connected equipment this includes communication, device identification, locking or release, charging, status reporting and representative fault conditions.

4. Check packaging and export handover

Verify inner protection, carton strength, labels, carton count, gross and net weight records, accessory placement and shipping marks. Battery shipments require model-specific transport documentation and logistics confirmation before release.

5. Close exceptions before shipment

Record each nonconformity with a photo, quantity and disposition. Shipment should be released only after the buyer accepts the correction or an agreed written deviation.

Document control

Product parameters, certifications and commercial terms must be reconfirmed against the exact model and shipment before order acceptance.
