1. Define the commercial deployment
State the country, venue types and intended user flow. A hotel countertop deployment and a high-traffic transport hub do not need the same station format, connectivity or service plan.
Confirm who will operate the local rental business. Dinji supplies and configures the hardware and project software scope; the buyer remains responsible for local licensing, acquiring, merchant deployment and field service unless separately agreed.
2. Select the station mix
Start with the number of slots, installation format and expected device density. Dinji currently maintains specification records for selected 6-slot, 8-slot and 12-slot countertop configurations.
The RFQ should state sample quantity, pilot quantity and expected follow-up volume. These quantities affect branding method, packaging, testing scope and commercial terms.
3. Freeze the rental power bank requirements
Specify capacity, charging power, cable layout, cell requirement, enclosure branding and compatibility with the selected station. Do not approve a power bank independently from its station contacts, firmware and locking geometry.

4. Define software and payment boundaries
List the required customer flow, operator permissions, languages, pricing rules, payment gateway and settlement process. Payment availability must be checked for the target country before the software scope is frozen.
Ask for a written module list covering device monitoring, rental orders, exceptions, partner management, refunds and settlement. This prevents a hardware quotation from being mistaken for a complete operating platform quotation.
5. Request a model-based quotation
The final quotation should identify the exact station and power bank models, hardware quantity, software modules, branding scope, document gaps, sample plan, delivery basis and validity period.
Product parameters, certifications and commercial terms must be reconfirmed against the exact model and shipment before order acceptance.
