Can Dinji supply hardware only or a complete rental system?

Both are possible. The quotation can cover stations and power banks only, hardware plus a management platform, or a project-scoped white-label package. Interfaces and responsibilities are confirmed before pricing.

Can the software and payment flow be customized?

Yes, within an agreed project scope. Tell us the target market, user access route, payment service provider, partner hierarchy and reporting needs. Payment-provider access, local settlement and licensing remain the buyer’s responsibility unless separately agreed.

Does Dinji operate the rental network in our country?

No. Dinji is the B2B system, hardware, OEM/ODM and export supplier. The buyer or its local partners own market acquisition, deployment, pricing, customer service and day-to-day operations.

Are the large-screen dimensions and specifications final?

No. They are reference configurations. Final model, appearance, branding, electrical specification, screen workflow and export document pack must be confirmed before quotation.

What information is needed for a useful quotation?

Send the country, buyer role, station format, estimated quantity, required software scope, payment route, branding needs and delivery destination. This prevents a misleading hardware-only price.

Can we start with a sample?

A sample path can be reviewed after model and system-scope confirmation. Sample availability, MOQ, lead time and freight are quoted by the selected configuration rather than assumed across the full range.
